How to Read Notes on a Bulletin Board

This example shows how to READ notices posted on a

bulletin board and PROJECT them to others. To find the

name(s) of the bulletin boards in the room you are in,

type LOOK. They will appear below the room map.

First, type LOOK <board name> to see what is on the

board. In this example, I looked at the BASRC Bulletin

Board, which has the shorthand code bbb:

look bbb

BASRC Bulletin Board (bbb) (7 notes)

Type READ <number> ON BBB to read a notice or PROJECT

<number> ON BBB show it to everyone in the room. To add a

new notice, type POST <notice title> ON BBB. You will be

prompted to input the text. For more information on

Bulletin Boards, type HELP bbb.

Currently posted notices:

1. Technology Positives

2. Technology Negatives

3. Technology Facilitates Communication

4. Technology Helps Reach Your Audience

5. Technology Helps Focus Communication

6. Technology Helps Track People

7. Where Does BASRC Fit?

A sign says: 'Public Posting Allowed.'

Then, use the following commands:

READ <#> ON <bboard name> shows you the contents of a

notice

PROJECT <#> ON <bboard name> shows everyone in the room

the contents of a notice

For example, if you are in the BASRC room and type:

read 3 on bbb

You will see:
