Things to try in TAPPED IN

Here are some things to try in TAPPED IN once you

know the basics. The tasks below will help you to

understand more of what TAPPED IN has to offer.

Check these off as you do them:

* Go to one or more of the following places:

o Math Forum Suite: find out what's in

Steve's Dump

o Lawrence Hall of Science Suite: find out

about School Programs

o Life Lab Suite: feed the worms in the worm

bin

o CoVis Suite: find out about the SSciVEE

Project from the Info Kiosk.

* Look around the Supply Showroom on the 2nd

floor. Look at the vending machines. If you are

a member (not a guest), get an item from the

Room Supplies vending machine.

* If you are logged in as a member (not a guest),

try this: Create a note. Give it a name and

description so that others can LOOK at it and

READ it. SHOW it to someone else or PROJECT it

to the whole room. (Optional: CONNECT a URL to

the note. Write a few comments about the URL on

the note.)

* Check out the Office Directory in the 3rd floor

Lobby. Pour yourself a cup of coffee while

you're looking around.

* Visit Patti's office on the third floor south

wing: Pet Elspeth.

* Locate one of your colleagues in another room

and then JOIN them.

* Go to the 1st Floor Reception area. Write on

the whiteboard what you think of TAPPED IN so

far, or leave a suggestion in the suggestion

box.
